B) 4 sets of 15 DB skull crushes @ 20+kg DB
C) 4 sets of 15 glute ham raise @ 1.25kg
got 2 sets of 15 and 2 sets of 10
D) 10 sets of pinch grip 15kg smooth plates
60, 54, 37, 40, 40 then down hill
