*Juice- coconut water, coconut oil, celery, spinach, rocket, mint, parsley

*lunch-chicken breast, cabbage, mushroom spinach and bacon stir fry in coconut oil

*post WOD 3 eggs with coconut water and vanilla extract 2 small sweet potatoes

*dinner-all you can eat paleo buffer
