Probably the hardest day I've had since that last 30sec by 4 AMRAP WOD last week!!! I seriously feel gooooone, had a splitting headache and felt my pulse in my ears for 20mins after the pm session

3RM rack pull 280kg.

3 sets of 20 supine ring rows with false grip
3rm box jump 109cm (pissy)
AMRAP 8mins
Log clean and press 5 reps @70kg
Ring dips 5 reps
7 rounds
Stones over 1.3m Yoke
110kg a few times
Lapped the 147kg but no successful lifts
