Shit day in the gym. Wasn't really feeling it. Had to start early due to a strapping seminar I attended with Jess.

Front squat 5 sets of 2 at 94kg on min

Then

Worked up to a pissy 54kg snatch and did may e 7-8 singles.

Ate a shit load at Jiggys for dinner.
