Did this am session with Sim and BJ. Tabata row for calories and earning calories to subtract from your score. Lowest calorie row was 8!! Was pissed coz I kept 9 for ages!! Then with out stopping the running clock irbclick started at 4mins after Tabata row 150 KBS at 24 kg then 30 burpees. Time was 12.02 then minus 8 do got 4.03

Session was bear complex on rings. 15 slow controlled reps not firm time. Got em out
