Started the day a little late and had to get going to Brisbane but got out a little AM session anyway.
AM was 3 by 1km rows with 2min rest. Each 500m had to be an increase in speed so tried to keep averages st 1.55m/500 and decrease by 5 sec each 250m. Last one being 1.40m/500 each km was done at 3.40. See photo.
Then with a warm up for part 2 built up in snatching and at 51kg every minute for 10mins 1 high hang snatch, 1 low hang snatch, 1 full snatch.
