CrossFit in Castle Hill- Programming for the best

Decided last night at the last minute to do a strongman comp today. Yes even after a heavy session yesterday. Just thought I would treat it as a training day. Not sure of exact times but here are the weights

Yoke 20m 345kg (1 drop)

Single arm DB press 61kg

farmers/frame carry 20m 270kg (1 drop)

Axle clean and press 105kg

Deadlift 240, 260, 270kg

stones 3 stones to shoulder @ 111kg in 20sec
