A) build to a 1rm hang power clean. Have not done this for a while so was tough. Got out 110kg Pathetic I know
B) 4 sets of 2 reps at 100kg this was pretty easy.
C) 12min AMRAP
5 shoulder to overhead 85kg
10 push ups
15 GHD back ext
8 rounds even
